By integrating a seamless ecosystem of DFS Self-Order Kiosk™, a robust home delivery solution, and our advanced loyalty engine, we’ve enabled G&V to manage a truly unified customer experience across their network. This digital transformation doesn’t just simplify operations; it bridges the gap between the physical pump and the digital plate, proving that the future of forecourt retail is personalized, convenient, and fully connected.

Integration used by G&V

Challenges

G&V wanted to reinvent the traditional service station model by creating a modern mobility hub that integrates food, fuel, EV charging, and convenience services. They needed a seamless digital journey for customers across multiple kitchens and service points while ensuring operational efficiency and integration with their existing systems.

Solutions

G&V partnered with Dover Fueling Solutions, TSG Solutions, Samsung, and FLYX to bring the concept to life. FLYX provided the DFS Ordering Kiosk, Kitchen Display System, and TV App. Enabling smooth order-taking, kitchen coordination, and real-time status updates. The entire experience is powered by a unified, omnichannel platform integrated with the POS.

Results

The new G&V Mobility Hub offers a frictionless, tech-driven experience where customers can order smash burgers, sushi, pasta, and more all while fueling, charging, shopping, or working. The digital ecosystem reduced queues, improved order accuracy, and created a flagship site that redefines the role of a forecourt in modern mobility.
