This integration allows to adapt to all in-store behaviours. At the checkout, it enables comprehensive loyalty management. Customers can accumulate points, validate stamp cards, or use coupons.

To save time, customers activate their rewards in the mobile app before they arrive. This flexibility also extends to fuel management. This integration offers the possibility of crediting fuel points in-store for baskets containing only fuel or mixed products.

For customers in a hurry, the solution works directly on the forecourt. They can collect points or use fuel-specific coupons outdoors. We recently introduced a ‘Flat-off per unit’ coupon. It applies a direct discount per litre (e.g. -7 pence/L) upon scanning the loyalty card.

To ensure efficiency and security, this integrated architecture acts as your "Single Source of Truth." By managing all logic directly within FLYX, there is no need to duplicate coupons or promotions in your POS. This centralized approach also provides built-in fraud prevention by verifying every transaction in real-time, ensuring that rewards are applied correctly while protecting your margins at the nozzle.

Therefore, scanning the card is the only action required. This ensures a seamless experience from the pump to the till.

1. ‘Express’ Refuelling: The customer activates a coupon on the app. At the pump, they scan their card for an immediate discount

2. The pump → shop bounce: After refuelling, the customer receives an alert for a free coffee. They enter the shop to claim it at the POS

Result: You turn an ‘external’ driver into a ‘shop’ visitor.

3. Simplified mixed basket: At the till, the customer pays for fuel and shop items together. One scan breaks down points and applies all promotions.

Result: Faster checkout and zero calculation errors.

4. Digital Stamp Cards: Customers collect ‘stamps’ for car washes or coffee. Once the threshold is reached, the next scan unlocks a free item.
