FLYX Solutions: refers to one or more of the following FLYX applications and other applications that may be developed in the course of the Agreement.
FLYX Click&Collect Solution: a web or mobile application that allows the End-clients to consult Customer’s products catalogue, to select and add items in their basket to perform payment and to arrange for the pick-up of the purchased items.
FLYX Delivery Aggregator: application software that aggregates information retrieved from and transmitted to the selected Delivery Platforms in a single interface.
FLYX Kiosk Solution: an application that allows the End-client, present at the Location, to consult Customer’s products catalogue through interfaces such as a touchscreen, to select and add items in their basket and to perform payment through a payment terminal at the Location and to print the receipt after payment.
FLYX Order Management Solution: a middleware solution that connects to the Customer’s PoS using the Connector and maps the product tree and centralises all order management functions (including product configurator) for various sales channels.
FLYX Loyalty Solution: a solution that interoperates with the Customer’s vendor system and manages a loyalty program, allowing Customer to keep track of its End-clients’ purchases and awarding rewards to End-customers in accordance with the rules defined by the Client.
FLYX Staff Display: a web interface accessible through commonly used browsers and hardware devices which the Customer can use to access and use the FLYX Click&Collect Solution, the FLYX Delivery Aggregator, the FLYX Kiosk Solution and possibly other future FLYX solutions.

For processing activities handled on behalf of our customers, Flyx.cloud acts a Processor in the meaning of GDPR.
Other data may be collected in the framework of custom developments ordered by the customer, as Data Controller, under legal basis of the contract performance. Those custom developments are not part of the standard Flyx.cloud (Processor) products and offering.
